I am a Canadian who worked as a tour guide from 1983 to 1993.
I fell in love with Portugal and ended up looking after many senior citizens tours which allowed me to stay in Portugal about 3 months per year.
One cannogt live in Portugal without being aware of the African connection and as it turns out I married my wife who was born in Angola and is of African/European ancestory.
I have a dream to make Angola an important part of our lives and would love to go there and become connected through the travel and tourism business by introducing Canadians to a part of Africa which has long been ignored and abused. My wife still has immediate family there and we would also love to reconnect with them. |
